1. Open Youtube website and select video you want to link to your website.
2. Copy URL like picture

3. Create new tab and type in ULR tabe " img.youtube.com/vi/past your copy url here/0.jpg "
4. Hit Enter
5. Your will see image and copy url to website past it in tag "<img src="url">  done
